I have had at least two of this style clip on chuck in the past. This one does not grip the valve stem well enough. I have made some attempts to bend the spring/grip for more force but nada. The rest of the chuck is quality and it seals well enough if you hold it on. I have a valve adapter I need to clip into this and so, for me, this chuck is a disappointment; especially when I add the price of shipping to the cost of getting it. I should have bought local but wanted to skip the driving around time.

I can't recommend a good one but look for a gun metal (blue or black) colored spring/grip. It may be better steel and so more springy and grip more firmly.
