- Bosch Armour - Protects from jobsite abuse and abrasive shingles
- Tool-less adjustable depth of drive
- Dry Fire Lock-Out - Avoids damage to work materials and internal components by preventing blank firing
- Tool-less Adjustable Shingle Guide - Enables user to change exposure dimension for different shingle types
- Single Action Side Load - One step Nail re-load
Seems to be a little more prone to double taps than some if you're depressing the trigger after depressing the nose guard, and the only way to switch from single to sequential fire is to swap out the included trigger. Not a huge deal but the Porter Cable style switch would be nice. Has no male air end included either.
The listing I bought was allegedly new, but has been correctly changed to "refurbished" on here now, though it is (well, was) mint condition and came with a tag that said "sales demo" on it. Get 'em while they last! The different piston retract method on these guns means more moving parts to break no doubt, but if that happens within an unreasonable amount of time, I'll update this. Barring that, consider me a satisfied customer.I worked construction before and have used my fair share of nailers from different manufacturers. This is by far the best roofing nailer I have used. Everything about it is solid and well built without being heavy at all. I highly recommend it and look forward to purchasing more Bosch nailers.
