The compressor is not a strong one but it does what it is advertised for. I primary use it for airbrushing my model kits, I also use a 50 foot air hose to keep the thing away from my ears. I consider my self sensitive to sudden and loud noises, even when I am expecting them and I think that this air compressor is loud which is why there is a 50 foot hose. With the hose I can have the compressor in one room and me working in another

For airbrushing the tank is a godsend as the tank extracts a lot of the moisture from the air this also requires you to tap the tank every time you use it. It will inflate car tires but that can take time.

Good:

It is great for airbrushing

I paid around $50 bucks for it (on sale)

the tank keeps the compressor from being on constantly.

Bad:

The recoil hose (I nearly threw that thing away).

Does not come with Teflon sealing tape or air-gun, and the recoil hose has sealant on both ends that barely works. Translation you are better off buying a hose, tape from a hardware store.

Loud (for me)

Does not have an enclosed accessory carrying system.

It is exclusively light duty.
