Campbell Hausfeld FP2095 2-Gallon Twinstack Air Compressor

Campbell Hausfeld FP2095 2-Gallon Twinstack Air Compressor
  • User friendly design with easy to read gauges
  • Protective manifold
  • Conveniently placed gauges allow for easy monitoring of air pressure
  • Sturdy handle allows for easy portability and easy storage
  • Great for inflation, brad nailing, stapling and air brushing

This is not a good quality compressor. I expect more from CH. The air feeder lines from piston are car fuel lines and not air hoses. The two feeder hosed rub against each other (due to poor design) because of vibration and will wear a hole in each other. I have had this compressor for 1 year and 2 months, used it 5 times and now the hoses have worn through and air leaks out. What a piece of crap. I spent 3 hours fixing this, cutting away crappy fittings, reinstalling air hose and clamping off. Do not buy this.

This is my first compressor, and it seems to be filling the bill pretty well. I was able to pick it up in a home improvement store, and it came packaged with a finishing nail gun. Bonus! The price was just a tad cheaper, too.

I have been using this to inflate tires and to use two types of nail guns (one finishing, one framing). I'm not using it on a daily basis (just weekend projects) -and it's doing it's job. I probably have about 30 hours of work on it, and no issues yet.

It is a bit loud, but I've heard other compressors, and I don't think anyone makes a "quiet" compressor. The hose that comes with it isn't the best quality, and I expect that will be the first thing that eventually goes, but it's working fine to this point.

Light weight makes it a highly portable unit, and it comes with a few starter adapters, which is nice.

Bought this to do a ton of crown molding. One of the best investments I have made in some time. Not a workhorse, but works GREAT for me.

I bought this compressor from a home improvement store hoping it would be adequate enough just to fill up some floats, tires, and other small jobs around the house. Just to give an example of how weak it is, I tried to fill up a small children's pool you can get for about 10 bucks at Target. It took the better part of an hour. I found that I could blow it up faster with myself.

The compressor does come with a nail gun which does make the purchase a little more worthwhile, but since I have no need in a nail gun I didn't even take it out of the plastic.

This compressor would possibly be good if you wanted to use it only for very small projects, but definitely not worth the money when there are so many other choices on here. Don't waste your time with this one.
