I bought these based on feedback on other sites/forums anticipating a reduction in the intake noise of my Puma 3 cylinder compressor. To me there was no difference from the standard Puma filters which by design are fairly quiet. I still got a much better filter out of the deal, just didn't get the noise reduction I expected.
