110V PLASMA CUTTING SYSTEM WITH BUILT-IN COMPRESSOR

110V PLASMA CUTTING SYSTEM WITH BUILT-IN COMPRESSORThis is really going to be a handy tool.Ive had a chance to play with it a little.Cuts 1/4" steel plate cleanly! Ive also tried it on 14 gauge SS on 15 amps, works great! It will even cut 1/2" mild steel round stock clean.Onboard air comp runs smooth and keeps up with the torch no problem (one of my worrys with onboard air). Its cutting capacity excedes what I thought it would do.It seems just as powerful as my hypertherm 350,but more portable.Worth every penny!!

Excellent machine! It cuts 1/8" all day and will cut up to 1/4". I've cut bigger with more than one pass. I wish the duty cycle was a bit better but for a 110/120 volt unit I have no complaints. It'll cut pipe, plate, bolts, and make perfect holes for bolts. Great for fabrication work. Light weight and portable.

Buy 110V PLASMA CUTTING SYSTEM WITH BUILT-IN COMPRESSOR Now

I just purchased it at an Ace Hardware Store, I told the guy selling it, The owner of the store. That I was buying on his word. He stated that he has sold at least 12 of these with no complaints or returns. I then told him I was buying because of what he said and also he is local and will stand behind what he sells. We will see, I paid $599.00 + Tax. The price was also the reason, I know they usually run more than that. OK Sorry not more of a hands on use kind of review, but I hope it helps someone. OK Art

**Update It was used 6 times and stopped working. spent its life in the box in styrofoam. I took it back to the store. The owner of the store or the rep from forney got a tech on the phone and without opening up the unit decided that the computer board is cracked and I must have dropped it and they are not covering the warranty. I'm out $600.00 for something that I thought was going to be fun to use and read everybody elses review and said wow, great unit. I don't know what unit they were using but it can't be this one. this is a substandard unit. Save your money. You get what you pay for. I was able to cut metal faster with a cut wheel and cleaner, kept blowing the breaker. I hope they print this review so you can see both sides of the unit. I'm shocked at Forney for not standing behind the warranty. Hobart is also Forney, guts of unit are the same unit. This is exactly what I was afraid of happening, OK now I'm ranting. Good Luck Buy something else, do youself a favor.
