SPRAYIT SP-33000 LVLP Gravity Feed Spray Gun

SPRAYIT SP-33000 LVLP Gravity Feed Spray Gun
  • One-piece lightweight aluminum gun body with 20 oz./0.6 l plastic cup .
  • Separate and Adjustable fluid , fan pattern and air controls for precise application
  • Air consumption 3.5 to 3.9 CFM @ 30 PSI
  • Working pressure 28-45 PSI. Maximum pressure 60 PSI
  • Fan Pattern: 7.0'' to 10.9''

This gun shot pretty good but still consumed more air than it should have. The reason I bought a LVLP spray gun was that my compressor will only output about 7 SCFM and my HVLP guns needed more volume to function properly. I had to stop frequetly to let the compressor catch up while spraying with this gun. All that aside, it is a good gun for the money. Guess I am going to have to bite the bullet and purchase a larger compressor. I was just hoping this would be the answer to my compressor issue. I don't paint very often but have three project cars that I am working on now that will all require a full spray. If you have a compressor that will handle the air consumption, this is a good gun for a great value.

I am able to adjust down to very little volume of material being sprayed. Construction quality looks good. I have only used it once, but it worked fine.

I used this gun the day after I received it, it worked every bit as well as the $500.00 Iwata that I use at work. I cannot speak to the CFM usage as my compressor would support any gun I use, but I can speak of the difference in the overspray between an lvlp and an hvlp. For my garage work, this is a great gun.
