Interstate Pneumatics LF10-L4H Pressure Switch - 1/4 FPT Four Port - Push Pull Swicth

Interstate Pneumatics LF10-L4H Pressure Switch - 1/4 FPT Four Port - Push Pull Swicth
  • 6.3 mm unloader valve connection
  • 1/4 npt female connection
  • Cut off pressure 85-125 PSI
  • Amperage rating 20 Amps
  • Four ports

Title says it all. A direct bolt on replacement part for a Harbor Freight Central Pneumatic 21 Gallon 110\120 volt air compressor. However I did have to use the supplied electrical cord nuts (threading was different from original), but supplied parts in the box, no problem at all (just had to do the install twice is all). Unit is working fine after about 3 months of use and the "kick on" air pressure adjustment works just fine. I've got mine to kick on at about 100psi instead of the factory preset of 80 or 85psi. A great buy if wanting to spend less down time instead of ordering from overseas (which could take 3-4 weeks at half the cost).

There is a rubber diaphram/seal that failed after about 4 years. All the switches I found locally were slightly different and would involve some modifications to the air lines. This is the same one that Harbor Freight/Central Pneumatic uses. They have modified the shape of the inside part of the red start/stop button. The remainder of the switch is the same.

Fast delivery and a great price. Was the exact switch that I needed to replace the bad one on my air compressor. Would recommend to all of my friends...

Exact replacement for my Harbor Freight air compressor.

Did have to adjust the shutoff pressure. That was easy to do, loosening the adjustment nut.

They sent me the wrong part. I had to return it and the postage was $3 more than what I paid for the original ship fee. So, I still don't have the correct part and I'm out $3. Not much money, but very inconvenient.

My compressor is still down. Waiting for the rebate.
