I used these to quiet a 4 ton A/C condenser on a Structural strut wall bracket. They performed great! there is no noise transmission and they do not allow the unit to slide at all. Others complain about the rubber smell but I used them outside so this was not an issue for me.

Did exactly what I needed it for at a super low price. I used it to isolate my CD player and also under the feet of my component rack from extraneous vibration off the speakers and the floor when somebody walks by.(My house is very old and settled and not very level in spots)

They're may be OK, but not for my application/

I used 'em to reduce vibration of my generator which sits on the back of my cargo van.

When generator is running, noise inside the van is almost unbearable...

I stuck these under an extremely noisy A/C compressor that was outside of the master bedroom. When the unit went into defrost, the undulating of the unit went directly into the concrete pad, which amplified the noise. It would literally wake me up out of a dead sleep at times.

Now, it's much quieter, and I've even had the neighbor remark as such. Easy fix, well worth the money.

Just as an amusing aside, in regard to the "smell", I took the pads out of the shipping envelope (a USPS priority mail envelope they barely fit into), installed them, and left the envelope on the kitchen table. A few hours later, my wife hysterically thought the house was on fire from the smell. I put two and two together and reassured her, but she scolded me for leaving a smelly envelope on the table.... anyway, not worth knocking off a star because they work GREAT!

After scouring Amazon for anti-vibration pads I chose these. They're relatively cheap, and they look durable, too. They've turned out to be a smart buy.

Pros:

-Quite thick compared to other products.

-Should be durable because it's not a layered combination of materials.

Cons:

-Strong rubber smell. I know that the product listing emphasizes that issue but it should not be understated. If the rubber odor could be a problem, then try letting the pads sit somewhere for a while. The smell will (metaphorically) hit you in the face as soon as you open the package. And then you'll find that your hands, along with the receipt, smell like rubber.

As of this review the pads have been in place for only a few weeks. They're not exposed to the elements, but if they deteriorate I'll update this review.

9191 BLACK MECHANICS TOOL BAG 11 X 7 X 6

9191 BLACK MECHANICS TOOL BAG 11 X 7 X 6
  • cotton
  • G.I. STYLE
  • 11" x 7" x 6"
  • HW COTTON CANVAS

*Pros: a lot of storage for the size, excellent construction and material, looks good.

*Cons: none that I can think of

*Bottom line: I would recommend this bag to anyone needing a small tool bag for storage.

Comments: This bag is excellent! It is simple and tough (made from canvas) and has a lot of storage for a small bag. Its just about the size of a shoe box, has nice flexibility but a rigid bottom to maintain its shape. It folds down to be small if you need it to.

It has 4 pockets sewn into each side of the inside about the size to hold a screwdriver or socket wrench. On the outside there are 3 pockets on each side covered by a flap. One large one in the center and two smaller pockets where you see the snaps in the photo. All in all, a lot of storage for this small bag! A major plus to this material is that it does NOT fold over and fall into itself cutting off use of the pockets. They are open and accessible when you have your hands full and need to get in them. There's a reason why the military has been using canvas bags for decades, they work and they last.

I bought this bag because I needed somewhere to store my Craftsman 12v impact gun, 12v drill/driver, the hex bit set, and the small battery that goes with it. All of these components fit and there's room for another bit set when I add to my collection.

Although these bags make great tool bags for travel and such, they are also great kit bags for your travel toiletries, like shaving supplies, toothpaste, deoderant, and other such stuff you carry when traveling. It's a good bit more roomy than most kit bags, so you won't likely over fill it.

I bought this bag to store and carry my beading tools and supplies. It is just the right size and strength for these purposes.

The bag is of rugged construction, made out of sturdy canvas, with a rigid bottom that does not bend. Consequently, the bag holds its shape well and can carry a fairly heavy load. It is not, however, so stiff that it can not be compacted to fit into a suitcase, if need be.

The zipper is big and sturdy and looks like it will last as long as the bag does. The double handles are just the right size to carry the bag.

I like the side pockets for organizing, and affording quick access to, small items.

I highly recommend this bag to anybody who wants to store and carry tools or other items.

I bought this to store my Viair tire air compressor in my truck with. It fits perfectly and is quite attractive and functional, even better quality than I originally expected. It has a hard protective bottom.

This makes a great in-trunk bag to store tools and other small items like flares.

I mess around with cars a lot and I help my co-workers with their cars whenever I can. Many times I have tools rolling and tossing around in the hatch/trunk of my car. Finally, I decided to get a mechanics bag. My brother have 1 in OD green for his ammo when we go to the shooting range so I know 1st hand what I'm getting. I purchased mine in black and fitted few of my most used tools in a most compact form in it. I included a product picture with my tools.

Interstate Pneumatics LF10-L4H Pressure Switch - 1/4 FPT Four Port - Push Pull Swicth

Interstate Pneumatics LF10-L4H Pressure Switch - 1/4 FPT Four Port - Push Pull Swicth
  • 6.3 mm unloader valve connection
  • 1/4 npt female connection
  • Cut off pressure 85-125 PSI
  • Amperage rating 20 Amps
  • Four ports

Title says it all. A direct bolt on replacement part for a Harbor Freight Central Pneumatic 21 Gallon 110\120 volt air compressor. However I did have to use the supplied electrical cord nuts (threading was different from original), but supplied parts in the box, no problem at all (just had to do the install twice is all). Unit is working fine after about 3 months of use and the "kick on" air pressure adjustment works just fine. I've got mine to kick on at about 100psi instead of the factory preset of 80 or 85psi. A great buy if wanting to spend less down time instead of ordering from overseas (which could take 3-4 weeks at half the cost).

There is a rubber diaphram/seal that failed after about 4 years. All the switches I found locally were slightly different and would involve some modifications to the air lines. This is the same one that Harbor Freight/Central Pneumatic uses. They have modified the shape of the inside part of the red start/stop button. The remainder of the switch is the same.

Fast delivery and a great price. Was the exact switch that I needed to replace the bad one on my air compressor. Would recommend to all of my friends...

Exact replacement for my Harbor Freight air compressor.

Did have to adjust the shutoff pressure. That was easy to do, loosening the adjustment nut.

They sent me the wrong part. I had to return it and the postage was $3 more than what I paid for the original ship fee. So, I still don't have the correct part and I'm out $3. Not much money, but very inconvenient.

My compressor is still down. Waiting for the rebate.

Senco PC0947/FP18KIT 18-Gauge Brad Nailer Compressor Combo Kit

Senco PC0947/FP18KIT 18-Gauge Brad Nailer Compressor Combo Kit
  • 18-gauge brad nailer and 1-gallon compressor combo kit
  • Nailer: adjustable depth of drive, rear exhaust, easy-open latch, no-mar pad, low-load-indicator
  • Compressor: 1 gallon; aluminum cylinder with steel sleeve; 20-pounds
  • Includes nailer, 1/4-inch -by-25-foot hose, safety glasses, fittings, oil, 1,200 brad nails, wrenches, and manuals
  • 1-year warranty on nailer; 90-day warranty on compressor

My wife purchased this combo package for me for my birthday this year (well, more like I bought it and thanked her for it). I have to say, I am impressed.

THE BRAD NAILER:

The gun is lightweight and small enough to get into tight spots, yet it appears to be very well built. The protective no-mar pad does not scratch prefinished moulding, and the side load magazine is convenient and easy to use. I shot about 200 2" brads while installing new 1/2" baseboards and 3/4" birch door trim in my bedroom. Every brad was countersunk to perfect depth, and I did not get a single jam. I ended up with very professional results and finished in 1/2 the time it would have taken me with the old hammer and finish nails.

THE COMPRESSOR:

The PC1010 will change the industry. For homeowners, hobby woodworkers, and customer service professionals in the cabinetry industry this is the perfect compressor. There is no need to lug around a 4 or 6 gallon compressor for a little brad nailer. You can easily carry the nailer, hose, and bread box sized compressor in one hand. From startup, this quiet, lightweight little workhorse takes about 2 minutes to pump up to 110 psi. I consistently got 10 shots before kick in, then another 40 seconds or so to recover. I nailed right through the recovery time, and never had to wait for the compressor to before driving any brads.

SHORTFALLS:

It is very difficult for me to find anything that I don't like about this one. However, rumor has it that Senco guns work best with Senco brads, and the local home improvement stores sell mostly PC and Bostich... so I will need to find another source. I would not recommend the PC1010 for anyone who wants to drive anything larger than 18ga brads, or run multiple air tools from a single compressor. Also the compressor is so new that Senco has very limited literature on it, but I would be willing to bet they will get this taken care of soon.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Some of the best customer service I have had the pleasure to work with. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, and you have any problems with your equipment, I recommend calling Senco directly.

I got this package for very light duty use woodworking shop projects and qtr-round molding on flooring. The nailer is a quality tool that sells for $120 everywhere so that makes the compressor only $75. I had a $15 coupon so the compressor was only $60 for me.

The compressor is so light that it is no problem carrying it. The tank pressure is 125 lbs and I set the tank outlet pressure to 90 lbs. It shoots about 10 brads before it cycles but you can keep shooting as it runs. I used 5/8" brads on molding on a shop project and 2" brads on floor qtr-round without a single problem. This sure saves time and doesn't mar the wood. It is pretty quiet and also looks good. Getting to small jobs and using this little tool is a pleasure. I will get an air blower tip for it; so far I'm satisfied.

I agree with the other reviewers who have given praise to this product. I felt the same way till mine broke after less than a months use.

Of course it was the compressor which broke, the part with the 90 day warranty. I did not catch that when I bought this.

Senco is a good company, but I think this little compressor is not quite up to the quality of their other products.

In my case it was the 1/4" copper tubing which brings the air to the tank that failed. It split where the tubing had been bent.

I have fixed it with some liquid steel, since I'm on a job with it, I'm hoping the repair lasts till I have time to replace to tubing.

I have used this to build two large bookcase and cabinet projects so far, and in doing so I have learned the compressors limitations. It does not do well

shooting two inch nails into MDF. It does not have the power to fully sink the nail into the material. I bought this combo for the light weight

of the compressor, so I guess there must be some compromises. This won't take the place of more powerful compressors,

but it is great for carrying to and from a job. I just hope I do not have problems with it in the future. I'm not sure I would

recommend this product, the 90 day warranty on the compressor is a big negative. especially since it seems to have some problems.

I upgraded to this from a cheap little electric brad nailer that could not sink a 1" brad. This tool is light and has plenty of power. The compressor is small & quiet and has absolutely no problem keeping up with the nailer. I own an old 5 horse 220 v compressor but wanted something to use inside the house without running hundreds of feet of hose from the garage. This will fill my needs perfectly.

P.S. I shop online alot and would like to say that Amazon.com has the best customer service of any company I have dealt with.

I own several portable compressors, but hate to lug them around. So, I bought this one for installations of wood mantels and little odd and ends work (like attaching a piece of trim after the rest of the job is already done). The little compressor is lightweight and perfect for small jobs like these. On bigger jobs I still use one of my heavy duty compressors. So, that may be the problem some of the other reviewers are having. It's just not built for heavy duty work.

The gun on the other had was a disappointment. I already had a Senco XP 25 and prefer it. Still, it's a pretty good price for both pieces, so, no real complaints here. I've just set the newer one aside, for now.

Regarding the cheap 1/4 inch hose... pleeeease. Anyone with half a brain knows it's a cheap piece of krap, but will work fine for the occasional hobbiest. If you want a good hose, buy one.
