I have used air ratchets for 40 years and have busted my knuckles enough and caught my hand with the lever trigger models. This is the only push button model I have used and have bought 32 for my mechanic friends who said they would never use a air ratchet again. They love this one and use it ever day. as a diesel mechanic i wanted an air ratchet that had some guts. i formerly used a Snxx-xx air ratchet that was their best model. This air ratchet feels like an upgrade. I love the push button instead of the butterfly trigger and the moveable exhaust is very well constructed. This air ratchet is strong but wont rip your hand off.

This is a very nice tool well built works well but a little bigger than I expected not much good for tight places.

Been using this 3/8" ratchet professionally for several months now, and its a good ratchet.

You can change the direction of the exhaust.

I've had other ratchets from snap on and matco, and those 3/8" ratchets have been knuckle busters, this one isnt but I guess that could be a good thing.

This ratchet although strong, doesnt seem as strong as those others.

One thing that is annoying is when you change directions theres a pin that pops up and prevents the reverse switch from switching all the way, you gotta mess with it to change directions.

everything about the tool is correct accept for the image. it has a much smoother design to the handle which fits in the hand well. it does still have the push button trigger also

ive been using it for a couple weeks at work now and love it. good power that won't twist you hand into sheet metal or strip and break threads.
