The boot I got is black, and not the red one in the picture. Amazon should update the picture. It seems to be quite durable so far, and is a tight fit. It took some stretching to get it on.

Does what you expect, fits well and protects the tool. You don't even really know its there it fits so well, except around the reverse switch. Color on mine was black, read carefully when ordering as red is shown.

Purchased this boot for my Ingersoll Rand 2130 impact wrench and it works great. Like the previous users mentioned the boot fits very snug. I heated up the boot with a 1500w hair dryer about 10 seconds to soften up the boot plastic a bit and it made it much easier to work it onto the impact gun. Once on it is indeed very snug and the protection it offers is worth the additional cost.

Bought this to fit over my 2130 ingersoll rand impact gun. Fit was great and protection will be great,too. Covers the gun great and yes the fit is tight,but needs to be other wise it will not protect like it should and with it fitting loose you will fighting it being in your way. Yes I would recommend this.
