This compressor is extremly quiet and smooth but I have been having problems with the belt. You can put your head right next to this thing and it just sounds like a furnace blower fan it is so quiet. BUT it has 800 hours and is on its third belt I dont know what the issue is but I am sure they will get it staightened out soon.
