I installed this wall mount in my garage. The unit is very sturdy and the hose is an excellent rubber quality. The only thing I do not like is the spring tension doesn't seem tight enough and you need to slowly work the hose back and forth to get it latch were you want. I am concerned that the spring may not make it for the long haul. Excellent product except for the spring tension. I'll update if it eventually fails.

like others have stated, the yellow color from the hose does come off and stain your hands but it didn't concern me as most of the time i have gloves on when working in the garage. The item was cheap, hose did not leak. Packaging could have been better. Think cheap thin cardboard boxes thrown around by fedex guys when the product weighs over 50 lbs. item came on time due to amazons efficient shipping policy. would def recommend to others.

Thanks to Amazon, I received this reel very quickly.I used it once and thought it was great. The next day I went to use it again and there was no tension in the reel. It would not rewind automatically anymore. In the process of packing it up and returning it.

This product was packaged well, looked good out of the box. It has no handles so it's awkward to carry and move around. Strong tension to begin with, definitely needs to be anchored or else you're not reeling it out w/out it falling; however, I only reeled it out all the way twice before it lost all tension, as if the spring was never there. I returned it for a refund, gonna try a legacy levelwind this time.

Good Quality. Very heavy so have a couple people to mount this thing. The sides of the reel and mounting pad should be a bit thicker.
