This compressor is a real knock out.

It goes up to 200 psi, That means more tool time before recharge compared to other copressors with same tank size.

Robust, Tank just feels thick, nice handles, guage protection.

I have used this with an air hammer for destroying concrete, automotive work etc.

It is a nice tire fill compressor because you can pump it up to 200 and wheel it around your cars and fill up without running the compressor.

It is loud, it is a compressor.

When draging it over objects be sure not to band the drain valve protruding from the bottom.

I needed a horizontal compressor to fit under a countertop. And I wanted something that wouldn't make me deaf. I looked at all the normal major brands and wasn't impressed with their reviews and performance. This one Didn't have the quantity of reviews I would have liked to see, but the ones I did read were just about like I'm writing now.

It's compact, but it holds more PSI, so it keeps up with the work. It's relatively quiet also. I don't use it daily though, and I've only had a it a couple months. But so far I'm happy with it.

I bought this to replace my little 2 gallon compressor that I bought from Lowes. I was doing some wall texturing with the old one and it was painfully slow and loud (120psi, 0.3cfpm) and had difficulty keeping the pressure at even 40psi. The work looked too heavy (attempting orange peel). With the Dewalt, I can make it through a complete load of the hopper without the compressor turning on at a steady 60psi. The texture comes out even and just right. Even when the compressor does come on (at about 160psi), it fills quickly and much quieter than my old compressor. It's still louder than a belt compressor would have been but it cost half as much. Overall I'm very pleased with this unit. I'm not a professional, just a DIYer. This compressor definitely fits the bill.

Great product. Compressor is whisper quiet. Bought this for my garage at home. I had a oil free 5 year old compressor that this one replaced. The 200 psi is great for blowing off the dust from my 5th scale rc truck. Highly recommended.
