This is a well-built product for the price. I've had one hanging in my garage for just over a year and have had no problems with the ratcheting feature. However the hose has developed cracks and is now leaking. After discovering the hose leaking I carefully inspected it and found several cracks along the length of the hose. I couldnt understand the yellow hose but this hose reel is very smooth in retracting and unwinding. Easy to install.
Bought this specific sprayer so I can use air compressor to pressurize it. Top nipple of pressure relief valve broke off first time sprayer used which makes releasing pressure manually very difficult. Metal rings for strap broke when filled sprayer picked up first time. Sprayer works OK otherwise.

I did follow one of the previous reviewers tip and measured the fins with a ruler before purchasing, mine had about 12 per one inch so I figured it would work on my AC. This tool WORKS, but you might want to buy 3 or 4 of them since the plastic teeth break after a few pulls through the fins. I had to resort to dragging the tool sideways across the bent fins to straighten them after a few of the teeth broke.
