Description is wrong, picture is correct. There are no mounting holes. Also, the three outlets are too close together. Threading things into two adjacent holes means one or the other will not go in fully. You just have to use a little extra tape/sealant on whichever won't thread in.

That said, I was able to (carefully) drill two small mounting holes right along the outside edge without penetrating the inner wall. Extra teflon tape around the threads is my workaround for the outlets being too close together. So I was able to make it work.

Holes are to close together but other then that it works gr8 ... I would recommend looking for something else but I was stupid enough to buy this LOL ..
