I thought I was going to have to buy a new air hose. These work great. I didn't want to be bitten by a hose clamp when I use my air hose, so I didn't install one like they recommend. I shoved the fitting in the hose. It was a very tight fit, and with the barbs on it, it's not coming off. Great price, great fit, fast shipping. I highly recommend these.

Blew out the o rings under pressure. Don't buy not worth even trying to set it back. You get what you pay for on this product

Unlike another reviewer, I had no problems with air leaks. It handles 100 psi with no leaks. It may handle more, but I did not feel the need to test it at higher pressures then I normally use with my nailers. For nailers that normally do not get used in tight spaces, you can attach it pertinently. For my brad and finishing nailer, as well as my staplers, I put air fittings on one, and put it between the air line and the tool. That way, I can easily remove it if it is in the way. This also lets you use the same oiler on more then one tool.

About the only thing I would like to see is a psi rating on the oiler itself, or at least on the packaging.

Not sure what the pressure rating is on this thing, but it leaks terribly at 90 psi. The acrylic / brass combination just doesn't hold. I tried to tighten up the acrylic part, but the threads slip and it just keeps turning. I'm going for an all-metal inline oiler now. Valley brand 1/4" Airline Oiler. Item No: AIROIL-001.

I just received this unit about a week prior to estimated delivery and must say I'm very pleased. The unit arrived via frieght carrier without notice (not good) so I was not able to request 'tail-gate' service in advance. Luckily, I was actually home and also luckily, the driver was willing to help me carry this 200# beast into my garage.

The unit was well packaged and assembly consisted only of attaching the wheels, handle, and air filters. Once assembled and positioned, I filled up the oil resevoir with the provided compressor oil, and fired it up. Pressure cut off is at 135psi, I it shut down and I let it sit overnight. By morning it was 100psi, so I'm thinking some teflon tape is in order for some of the fittings.

The only disappointment was that it was louder than I expected. Previously, I was using a small 3gal Craftsman that was as loud as a jack-hammer. The IR, while noticeably quieter, is still quite loud.

This air compressor was quite expensive and I was really afraid to spend the money but the quality, the amount of air it can deliver and store for the home hobby guy is great. It is also the quietest air compressor I have owned.

the best shop air i've ever had. when your done with those silly little compressors from the big box stores, spend they money and you wont ever look back.

I've had this compressor for a while now and I love it. I don't use it on 100% duty cycle, but it gets a fair amount of use and it has not let me down. The only thing I don't really love is that the CFM is a little lower than I'd like if I want to paint or go to town with a cut-off wheel. But other than that I love it. It is quiet enough that I can use it without worrying about about annoying the neighbors which is a huge plus since I do my best work at night when the kids are asleep. It is good quality and I'm really happy with the purchase.

I did have to pick it up from a freight company though since my neighborhood is a bit small for a 53' tractor-trailer to access. Not a big deal deal though honestly.

There isn't much mention of size or exact fitting type in the description.

This one is too short to fit into a standard industrial type quick connect.

The only thing I could get it to fit into is the connect on my Makita MAC700 compressor, I'm not sure what type it is, but it fits everything I have.

Anyway this didn't work with the 4 or so different types of Industrial NPT quick connects that I bought on amazon and at home depot.

Good sander, great price, Dynabrade quality. I have used this sander a few times for light use and it handles well and seems well balanced.

my craftsman 33 gallon 5hp air compressor cant really keep up with this tool. there is a label on the side of the craftsman that does recommend the bigger compressor for a tool like this. regardless. this is a great orbital sander.

These are generally light duty regs and filters, the water resivoir is far to small for high CFM use, the fittings are machined from aluminum and easy to damage and overall the set up is light duty. I would spend more if i had it to by again and get a larger unit from elsewhere with an auto bleeder on the filter side.

When i pulled the unit out of the box the center screw had ripped straight through the pot metal backing. It was an easy fix though. I ended up putting a longer screw and a washer that would overlap the broken pot metal. The air knob is easy to adjust and is very precise. It stores lots of liquid and also contains an adjustable lubricator vessel. Although it has it's one fault I am really enjoyinf this unit.

Great product for the home shop, Not industrial grade but suits my needs. Easy to drain, regulator works great and the lubricator keeps my tools oiled. I do recommend shutting of the air and bleeding the lines to add oil to the lubricator. Has I/2" female NPT on both sides for in and out connections. Main body is aluminum so don't go gorilla attaching your lines or you'll strip them out. Bowls are plastic.
