This stuff isn't real easy to find. My Northern Tool store that sells Ingersol Rand compressors doesn't have it. It is critical to good life of an air compressor to do 2 things, keep fresh, specified synthetic oil in the crankcase and keep the air filters functional.

I have a new I-R floor model small compressor I bought this summer, a twin cylinder model. I want to be sure and run the recommended oil in it. These compressors aren't cheap, and running good oil only seems to make sense. My oldest boy has a smaller I-R at his house that is ready for oil, so one of these bottles is for him.

Both of the I-R compressors are very nice, and I expect to keep them going for many years. I also have a smaller size portable Costco special that is several years old and used fairly regularly and hard. I have used Mobil 1 in it in the past, but while the synthetic base stock provides excellent lubrication, the additives in gasoline engine oils are not useful in compressors and in fact can cause problems with reed valve function and piston ring sticking because the additives "coke up" into carbon deposits. So, this time around, I changed out the oil in that one for this All Season Select.

Every Ingersol-Rand compressor or air tool I have ever bought has been the very highest quality and durability, from small air grinders up to 25hp screw compressors. In every case, it pays to use the absolute best components and supplies in these machines. I believe this will significantly extend the usable life of the compressor.

In fact, I'd recommend this oil for use in ANY small oil lubricated, reciprocating piston air compressor, not just I-R.

I received this Air Hose Reel as a birthday present ordered from Amazon. The only problem was that it didn't come with the 1/2" m x 3/8"f NPT reducing adapter in order to connect an air hose line from the compressor to the Reel. I had to spend some more time ordering this part before I could set the Reel up for use.

This compressor is ok for inflating balls & tires, but beyond that it's pretty much worthless. It's 'rated' to 100 PSI but getting this thing to maintain even 80 for more than 2 seconds is impossible. Also, one of the reasons I purchased this packages is because I thought I wouldn't need to get a lot of additional stuff because it came with a hose and accessories. The hose has to be one of the worst quality products I have ever seen. It is brittle plastic with NO flex whatsoever, and i'm afraid any amount of movement will snap the dang thing right off. If you want a compressor for anything more than tires/balls look elsewhere you truly get what you pay for here.

Great little air compressor, very lightweight and portable and does not take up a lot of space in my utility room. Works great with the hitachi NT50AE2 brad nailer I bought, I get about 40 or so nails before it needs to refill the tank. Glad I bought this separately from my nailer rather than buying one of the branded "kits" that includes three nailers (two of which you probably don't need). The only complaint I have is that the compressor came with a crappy plastic hose. The other accessories were fine (quick changes, tire fill fittings, etc) but the hose looked like it would burst if I stepped on it by accident or just looked at it funny. I bought the 50' yellow rubber good year hose recommended by others and it is working out really well.

I purchased this as a tire inflator/blower/air tool compressor. It's light duty, makes noise like a small compressor does, but works, has good features, and for the price is very capable. I mention the noise because people are always surprised by how noisy air compressors are. It's not designed for big air tools and the like, but is very useful for homeowners like myself.

I like to read the all the negative reviews before purchasing a product. After reading the reviews on this compressor I was a little concerned it might not do the job, but I took a chance because frankly I am flat broke and the price was right. I also knew if it was as bad as some made it sound, Amazon would make it right.

Some negative reviews complained about leaks: I have not seen this problem. All I can say is unless you get a defective unit and if you know how to put thread tape on (supplied), you should have no leaks. I can charge the compressor to 110 psi and if I don't use it, the next day it is still at 110 psi.

Some negative reviews also complained about noise: Yes, it is loud. However, it is no louder than I expected. The reviews made it sound like I would need ear protection to work around it. All I can think is that there was something wrong with their compressor, or they never listen to their music on 11...ever. :-)

I purchased this for a nail gun. It does an excellent job. I get 40 or more nails on a 110 psi charge and it takes under 6 minutes to go from empty to 110 psi. The light weight makes it easy to move as work progresses. After 40 or so nails, a quick coffee break while it recharges. A great little compressor and it is an outstanding price.

I don't know how well it will work for other types of applications, but for home projects, specifically nail gun projects, it is perfect. I am impressed and I give it my endorsement!

I bought this product for a dental suction pump. These pads took what was vibrating the entire floor and making for a very loud machine, and completely dampened the floor vibrations. The machine is now much much quieter. Yes, there is a smell but I consider the results worth it.

When I received these pads, they sat on my desk fro a few days before I installed them. There was a bad petroleum smell coming from them. They was nose level in my office. Once installed I didn't notice the odor. They seem to be of good quality, and a great price.
